Here at Sanita, we love mezcal and we want to share that love with our customers. We've amassed one of the largest collections of Destilado London mezcals in the world. Destilado London partnered with very small production mezcaleros and mezcaleras in the mezcal producing regions of mexico to bring their super special and unique spirits to the world.
In addition to our Destilado London mezcals, we have a vast array of additional mezcals from the likes of Montelobos, Vortice, Real Matlatl, Derrumbes, and Del Maguey, among others.
Kenny tells anyone who will listen, that he learned bartending sitting on the customer side of the bar, from some of the best bartrenders at some of the best bars in the world in NYC. That short list includes Richard Boccato at Dutch Kills, Jim Meehan at PDT, Phil Ward at Mayaheul (RIP, )Valentin Gonzalez and Natalie Jacob at PKNY (RIP) and Jack McGarry at Dead Rabbit. Using the skills and recipes learned from those legends, Kenny has created one of the most beloved and respected cocktail lists in Tokyo, from the shiso tinged Go Go Swallows and Shiso Verde original cocktail to forever classics like the Paper Plane, Beez Kneez and Bensonhurst Cocktails.

weekend Brunch
NYC style Bacon Egg and Cheese on a roll and Smashburger brunch with mimosas, mezcal bloody marys and all the classic brunch drinks
Every weekend from 12pm to 4pm we do a full American style brunch at Sanita. For food you can choose, a classic New York City style Bacon Egg and Cheese, Sausage egg and cheese or egg and cheese on an authentic kaiser roll. American style Smashburger, double smashburger or jalapeno cream cheese smahburger with additional bacon or egg topping or a traditional American diner plate breakfast with 2 eggs, american style bacon, hash browns and toast. For drinks we do clasic brunch drinks, along with our normal selection of natural wines and craft beers. Our brunch classics include mimosas with fresh squeezed orange juice, mezcal bloody marys with our house made pickle brine based bloody mary mix and aperol spritzes. Of Course, the option for all-you can drink mimosas or premium all you can drink cocktails and wine is avaialable, because it would be brunch without it.
